1. Welcome

Welcome to Casey Jones Creative ("I," "me," or "the studio"). These Terms & Conditions outline how I work, how projects move forward, and how we collaborate to create thoughtful, intentional design. By using my services or browsing my site, you agree to these terms.

2. Studio Services

Casey Jones Creative is a one-woman creative studio offering branding, design, and visual identity services. Every project is custom and guided by a proposal outlining scope, deliverables, and timelines. I may update offerings at any time.

3. Payments & Booking

• A non-refundable deposit (as listed in your proposal) is required to reserve your project.

• Work begins once the deposit is received.

• Remaining payments follow the agreed invoice schedule.

• Late invoices may pause the project until payment is received.

4. Revisions & Creative Process

Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds noted in your proposal. Additional revisions or new concepts outside of scope will be billed at my hourly rate.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Once the final invoice is paid, you’ll receive rights to the final approved deliverables.

• All unused concepts, drafts, sketches, and explorations remain property of the studio.

• I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

• To keep projects smooth and on schedule, clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and communication

• Deliver any required content (copy, images, brand materials) by agreed dates

• Ensure rights to any content provided

7. Timelines

Project timelines depend on timely communication and asset delivery. Delays may extend deadlines. Rush fees may apply for accelerated timelines.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If the client cancels after work has begun, payment is required for all completed work.

• If I am unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair partial refund may be issued.

9. Liability

All work is provided "as is." I am not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, printing errors, or third-party platform performance.

10. Confidentiality

Any sensitive information shared with me will remain confidential and will not be shared with outside parties.

11. Third-Party Services

The studio is not responsible for third-party software, printers, hosting platforms, or vendors used during or after the project.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

13. Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of my services or website implies acceptance of any updates.
